Acknowledge it.

Simply acknowledging where we are at is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. 

Where are we?

I'm stuck. I'm mad. I'm lost. I'm disconnected. I'm blahhh. I'm on fire. 

In that simple acknowledgment we are shedding light on something that needs space. 

We don't need to fix it. We don't need to solve it. Heal it. Love it. 

The first step is simply acknowledging it is there. 

Take a deep breath and allow it. I see you.
