Right this second!
Here we go.
30 seconds. Breath in and out, fast, from the lower belly. Physically move the lower belly while inhaling and exhaling quickly.
On the last one, hold it. Keep holding it.
Ok, release. Now feel into the body. Is it lighter? It is tingly? Is reacting? Is it opening?
Feel. It's an excellent exercise to reset the body and mind immediately.
Repeat as often as needed.
This is a chance to flood the bloodstream with oxygen. Purging out toxins and stale energy. We don't fully breathe. Because of that we live and move from a shallow place. Not our fullest.
Time to fill up. Take your space.
