Day 1. TODAY WE RECLAIM OUR LIVES!

"Disregard appearances, conditions, in fact all evidence of your senses that deny the fulfillment of your desire. Rest in the assumption that you are ALREADY what you want to be, for in that determined assumption you and your Infinite Being are merged in creative unity, and with your Infinite Being all things are possible." Neville

Look at the sun coming up over the earth. You can feel the power, the silence, the serenity, the love, the UNIVERSE! From this perspective there is no war, no famine, no pain, nothing but…POTENTIAL!! And why not? We are not meant to suffer. We are not meant to live a life of scarcity. We are not meant to.  WE ARE ENERGY.  How can energy hurt? We are the same energy as the sun, the stars and every other beautiful thing in this universe.  So TODAY, we are going to get in harmony with our BIRTHRIGHT and reclaim our energy! Today we choose to stop giving energy to draining thoughts and worries. Today we get to choose our lives. Today we CHOOSE US!

THE QUICK AND DIRTY TASK: Breathing

The what: It is the first and last thing we do as humans and we must simply choose to make contact with the air and the energy around us. Breathe ten deep breaths 3x a day starting first thing in the morning. Notice how centered you begin to feel. Also, during the day notice how infrequently you actually breathe.  Breath is your life source.  Love it, embrace it, and make contact with your soul.

The How:  Stand with knees slightly bent, close your eyes, hands at your sides. Begin your inhale from your belly button. As you begin to breathe, bring your hands up over your head. Try to take 5 or more seconds inhaling. Touch your hands over your head as you finish inhaling. Hold your breath for at least 5 seconds.  Then slowly release the breath and drop your hands at your sides. This is one example. Do whatever breathing exercise you like. But breathe! This task will last throughout the 30 days.

The Why: We don’t ever breathe! In every book I have read about health and spirituality, it comes down to BREATH!  Breath calms your mind, lowers blood pressure, reduces anxiety and in spiritual terms…well we will get to that down the road but let’s say it’s a powerhouse.

This should take 2 minutes.  Also, take time to see how you are breathing during the day.  Are you clenching your breath during work? Are you breathing full healthy breaths or barely anything at all?  Focus on that breath and allow it to come in. Focus. Become aware of it and CHOOSE to change it today. Choose to breathe.  Here are some links of a wide variety of breathing techniques. BREATHE!!!

Sincerely,

Bryce
