Repeat until it becomes second nature.

In acting, you repeat, and repeat, and repeat the processes so many times that they become second nature. 

In sports, you repeat, and repeat, and repeat the movements so many times that they become second nature. 

In meditation, you repeat, and repeat, and repeat the silence and letting go so many times that they become second nature. 

And in life, you repeat, and repeat, and repeat actions so many times that they become second nature. 

The goal is to make this repetition conscious. Decisive. Towards an end goal. That way they become powerful. Helpful. And meaningful.

The hiccup occurs when we repeat and repeat and repeat and we have no idea why we are doing something or even what that something is. Second nature becomes a detriment. And it is unconscious. 

Become conscious of the patterns and choose which ones to drill and which ones to drop. 

And repeat and repeat and repeat so many times that they become second nature.
