One thing I do on Day 1 of any program I have with a client is to breakdown their day.
What time do you wake up?
When do you go to bed?
What foods do you eat?
Where is time spent? Lost?
How do you feel?
Then we get into the wanting.
What do you want?
How do you want your day to look like?
To feel like?
Do you believe it's possible?
Why or why not?
And so on...
Then we tighten the screws through reverse engineering. We cut the fat. We see how this day can be extremely efficient and goal oriented.
If the client wants X, what will step A look like?
Simple, attainable, concentrated steps.
This process is ongoing. It's course correcting itself all the time. Refining. Defining. Owning.
But at the end of the day, it comes down to this, get what you want in as little time possible.
Also, check out my interview on NY1. I'm on at about 1:30.
