Meditative Cataclysm of Death
In meditation, posture is everything.
A slight adjustment in the chin. A tilt in the pelvis. A straight back. Shoulders loose. Knees properly adjusted for stability. Cushion tilted slightly forward.
If one of those is off, boom, the whole meditation can go awry.
Different flavors of thoughts come in. Loudness in the brain. Lack of stamina. A feeling of "I can't."
Anything and everything can go higgledy piggledy.
So what do you do if you are on the verge of such a dire meditative cataclysm of death?
You adjust. You refine. You reposition.
And then you do it again. And again. And again.
Life is no different. Just the tiniest misdirection can snowball out of control. It will happen. And it will happen multiple times.
And so...You adjust. You refine. You reposition.
Nothing to get bent out of shape about. It's life.
Time to enjoy the process.
