It's a bit late but it's probably as good a time as any to let you know have total control over your body. Today I was in my Qi Gong class with the famed Paul Alexander, www.pkalexander.com, and he focuses a lot on the importance of breath. He points out the incredible control one can have with breath. We dismiss it but ohh boy is it a powerhouse. Just breathe. Feel it entering your body. Let the mind rest. And feel your cells absorb it and energize. Something so simple, haha, I love it. Slow down and breathe, absorb and energize.
